This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2605 of 2026 dated 27.02.2026. Page No.1 of 3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner has been complying with the condition since 03.03.2026 and that he is the native of Thoothukkudi and so he finds it difficult to stay at Chennai and comply the conditions.

3. Considering the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner, the request of the petitioner cannot be acceded to, however this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on alternate days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
