ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2021 for rectification of erroneous entries in the revenue records in respect of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land measuring about 1.07 Acres comprised in Survey No.262/6, situate at Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to issue Patta in the name of the petitioner, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner made a representation dated 06.02.2021 against the 3rd respondent herein before the 1st and 2nd respondents for rectification of the erroneous entries made in the revenue records. While pending the writ petition, the 3rd respondent died.

3. Considering the same, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, the legal heirs of the 3rd respondent and counter parties, if any and conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2021, after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
