This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.536 of 2026, dated 25.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition to date without any default.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) of Crl.O.P.No.536 of 2026, dated 25.02.2026, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on alternate days at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
