ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.
2. In view of the limited order going to be passed hereunder, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to issue notice to the second respondent.
3. It is the case of the petitioners that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent police are frequently calling the petitioners and harassing them under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petition.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as civil in nature.
