3. In the light of the above, the order dated 05.08.2025 stands modified including the following sentence at the end of the paragraph No.7:- It is needless to state that the dismissal of these revision petitions will not come in the way of the petitioners moving the appropriate Court for proving the second Will dated 25.06.2002 which according to them is the last Will and testament of late K.V.Dhandapani Chettiyar, in accordance with law.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
