ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue - Ms.P.Sasikala, aged 16 years. This petition has been filed by her seeking a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction to the respondents 1 and 2 for the production of her minor daughter.
2. The detenue has been secured and produced before this court. On enquiry, the detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her mother. We accordingly permit the petitioner to take custody of the minor detenue.
3. In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
