Alleging willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15474 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021, the above Contempt Petition is filed.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. The learned Special Government Pleader produced before this Court the order passed by the Government vide G.O.(2D) No.155, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2ii) Department, dated 26.09.2022. 3.Recording the statement of the learned counsel on either side reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. Connected applications for dispensing with the personal appearance of the respondents, are ordered as prayed for.
