ORDER

(Made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. The Chennai Corporation had issued a lock and seal order dated 25.04.2024 against the petitioner. Without challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3. All that the petitioner wants in this writ petition is a direction to the first respondent to consider his application dated 06.03.2024, for regularisation.

4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Corporation informs the Court that there is an order of interim stay passed by the

Hon'ble Supreme Court in connection with this issue.

5. We direct the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application dated 06.03.2024, once the issue pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court is decided.
