The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court while granting exemption from surrendering by order dated 04.08.2020 in Crl.M.P.Nos.4697 and 4700 of 2020 in Crl.RC.Nos.627 and 628 of 2020 that "the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4 lakhs each to the credit of S.T.C.Nos.367 and 366 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Salem, before 18.08.2020"

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.2 lakhs in each case and would seek for modification on the deposit of the balance amount of Rs.2 lakhs.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials on record.

4. This Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 04.08.2020. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.

5. List the main cases after two weeks.
