The Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned In-Charge Judge, III Additional Family Court, Chennai in M.C.No.7/2008, dated 30.05.2012.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 05.09.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Again it has been posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also no representation for the petitioner. Since the criminal revision petition is pending from the year 2013 and considering the fact, that the petitioner is not interested in conducting the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition.

Hence the criminal revision is dismissed for non prosecution.
