The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.03.2015 in CSR No.98 of 2015.
2. According to the petitioner, he is an Advocate practising for nearly 40 years in Tirupattur Court . On 16.04.2004, by virtue of two Sale Deeds, vide Doc.Nos.615/2004 and 616/2004 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Jolarpet, the petitioner purchased lands along with houses in S.F.No.201/7B and 201/8A of Kateri Village from one Pappammal for valid consideration. Since the said purchase, the petitioner is enjoying the lands and house property by paying house tax, etc. While so, on 13.03.2015, about 8.00 a.m., the relatives of the said Pappammal, namely, Vadivu, Ravichandran, Manimaran, Sukumaran, Mahendran and others entered into the petitioner's lands and demolished his houses in the said lands with a JCB Vehicle. They also threatened the petitioner in a filthy language. Alleging that the said illegal acts were done at the instigation of his vendor Pappammal and her son, Gunaseelan with
an ill intention to cheat and grab the property from him, the petitioner made a complaint with the 2nd respondent on 13.03.2015 and CSR was issued vide CSR No.98 of 2015. Since no action was taken on his complaint, the petitioner, having no other alternative, has come up with the present Criminal Original petition.
3.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
4.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that C.S.R. number has been assigned to the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.98/2015 and the matter is pending.
5.
Considering the above submissions and taking note of the fact that C.S.R. has been assigned to the petitioner's complaint vide C.S.R.No.98/2015, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.03.2015, if enquiry is not conducted so far, and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
