ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.270 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.270 of 2012, after completion of investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.405 of 2013 dated 25.11.2013.
