..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation preferred by the petitioner school dated 24.01.2015 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.48 dated 21.07.2004 within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard Mr.M.Venkadeshan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is a school and they have applied for grant of recognition for starting classes 6 to 9. The application was processed and returned for certain compliance by proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 13.08.2014. According to the petitioner, they have rectified all the defects and they have also submitted the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
compliance report on 24.01.2015, which has been sent by the Registered Post to the 1st respondent herein. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner is before Court. 3.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's contentions, there will be a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2015, calling for necessary report from the 2nd respondent as regards the compliance said to have been made by the petitioner and thereafter, the 1st respondent shall pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
