(CRIME NO.181/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed the petitioner shall appear before the respondnet police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders dated 13.12.2021 in Crl.MP.13284/2021 in Crl.OP.18236/2021 and pass such other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.V.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13284 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18236 of 2021 on 13.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
