O R D E R

Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 & 3 to cancel the registration of the Power of Attorney dated 29.07.2016 executed by the 4th respondent in the office of the 3rd respondent.

3.Mr.N.C.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is restricting his prayer to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2017 in accordance with law.

4.Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the respondents 2 & 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
