This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.60 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 419, 420 of IPC and 15(3) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. Perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the Non-Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner. In view of the pendency of the said warrant, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought in this petition.
