On 06.07.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.1 seeking issuance of patta for the Survey No.115/1, after sub-division, for an extent of 4 acres in Mugalapalli Tharpu, Sanamangalam Village, Hosur Taluk.

2.It is seen from the said representation that the patta is standing in the name of the respondent nos.2 to 8. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, the respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
