Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from proceeding further with the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the third Respondent vide charge memo issued in No.P.VIII.1/2022-GC- AVD- EC-2 Dated, the 10 May, 2022 till the disposal of his Bias Petition dated 30.10.2023 in accordance with law.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from proceeding further with the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by the third respondent vide charge memo issued in No.P.VIII.1/2022-GC- AVDEC-2 dated 10.05.2022 till the disposal of his Bias Petition dated 30.10.2023, in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
