ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is unable to show to us as to how a person after retirement cannot continue to hold the post of the Executive Officer of a temple in pursuance to Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972. Thus, the writ of quo warranto would not lie.
