(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed by the first respondent in the appeal to transpose himself as the second appellant in A.S.No.352 of 2026 since his mother, the sole appellant, Renuka had died on 04.04.2026.

2.It would only be appropriate that such request is granted in order to prosecute the appeal further. The petition stands allowed. Registry to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the appeal reflecting the death of the sole appellant and bring on record the first respondent as further appellant.
