Pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner to the respondent no.2 dated 16.02.2015, summons have been issued by the said authority on 17.06.2015 and 02.07.2015 to the petitioner and the respondent no.3 with respect to sub division of the property situated in Survey No.263/1, Thingalur Village, Erode District. As there was no further progress, the petitioner made another representation on 03.09.2015 and thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger prayer, taking into consideration the enquiry initiated by the 2nd respondent, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate final orders on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending representations, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
