Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned Government order issued by the 1st respondent in G.O.Ms.No.101, School Education (Budget-1) Department dated 18.05.2018 and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.2378/Aa2/2020 dated 28.11.2020 (as signed), quash the G.O.Ms.No.101, School Education (Budget1) Department dated 18.05.2018 in so far as it provides for prior permission from the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer for filling up of non-teaching staff in the petitioner school, and the consequential proceedings of the 4th respondent

District Educational Officer in O.Mu.No.2378/Aa2/2020 dated 28.11.2020 ( as signed ) and further direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to approve forthwith the appointment of Mrs.N.Latha as Record Clerk in the petitioner school and disburse the grantin-aid towards her salary and allowance with effect from the date of her appointment viz., 01.07.2019.
