Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner's husband one Mr.Ismail @ Sayed Mohammed Ismail, presently confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, to be shifted to a private hospital to seek proper medical treatment at his cost.
2. Since Mr.Malarvannan, learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) accedes to the receipt of representation dated 24.11.2025, it is unnecessary for us to consider the merit or otherwise of the request.
3. Hence, there is a direction to the sole respondent to consider representation dated 24.11.2025, seeking additional records, if required, and pass orders in accordance with the extant regulations, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed as above.
