The present petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.09.2015 lodged against one Arivazhagan on the allegation of land grabbing and fabrication of documents.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner's father before the 2nd respondent police was assigned CSR.No.51 of 2015. On enquiry, the said complaint was closed by the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the 2nd respondent police has enquired into the same set of allegations and closed the complaint, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondent police and the petition stands dismissed.
