ORDER

This petition has been filed to dispose of the OS.No.10 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Nannilam.

2. Pursuant to my order dated 18.06.2025, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam has forwarded his report to the Registry of this Court in D.No.756, dated 26.06.2025, requesting three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2023.

3. In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Recording the said report of the learned Judge, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed with a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam to dispose of suit in O.S.No.10 of 2023 on or before 26.09.2025. No costs.
