This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report within the stipulated time and take necessary action in Crime No.1 of 2017 pending investigation before the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.

However, this petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

closure report, as the case may be under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
