Basing reliance on the patta of the year 1995 and the decree obtained in O.S.No.368 of 2000 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Cuddalore, the petitioner made a representation after paying the requisite fees for measuring the land. The last of the representation of the petitioner was on 10.06.2014. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the 3rd parties, if so required. 3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
