ORDER

Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents.

This writ petition had been filed by the petitioner, praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and the second respondents to

sanction the loan of Rs.6,87,000/- on the basis of the selection made by the District Level Selection Committee under the Entrepreneur Development Programme of TAHDCO, for the year 201415, based on the recommendation of the third respondent, dated 22.12.2014.

At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent had submitted that a direction may be issued, by this Court, to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders, relating to the application of the petitioner, for sanctioning of the loan, as prayed for by him, based on the recommendation of the third respondent, dated 22.12.2014, taking into consideration the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.71, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 09.10.2014.

In view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the loan application of the petitioner, for the grant of the loan, under the Entrepreneur Development Programme of TAHDCO and pass appropriate orders thereon, taking into consideration the Government Order, in G.O.Ms.No.71, Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department, dated 09.10.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
