Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the course, for which the educational loan was sought by the petitioner, itself was over and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
