The petitioner is said to be the owner of the land in Survey Nos.356 & 357 situated in Nallar Colony, Devanurpudur Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tirupur District. A representation was given by the petitioner to the respondent no.1 stating that in the event of pattas being granted in favour of the Scheduled Tribe people, appropriate provision will have to be made with respect to the pathway to reach his land. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, either by himself or by directing the respondent nos.2 & 3 to complete the said exercise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
