O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to give adequate protection to the petitioner and his family members at the time of fixing fence to his property.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that when he wanted to put up a compound wall over his property, one Abdulla Batsha and one Mansoor Batsha and others belonging to a political outfit are preventing the petitioner from constructing compound wall and are trying to put up a flag of their party. In this regard, on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.106 of 2018.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry in CSR.No.106 of 2018, by calling all the parties and if it is found that there is any attempt to grab the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

property of the petitioner, by the said persons, the police shall take appropriate action and give protection to the petitioner. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Arcot Town Police Station, Arcot, Vellore District, shall monitor the enquiry.
