O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.27 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 1/4

It is brought to my notice by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the arguments had already been advanced and the learned Principal District Judge is also on the verge of pronouncing the orders. At this point of time, an order came to be passed on 28.06.2024 directing the petitioner to furnish the schedule of the immovable property, in respect of which, a direction is sought for in G.W.O.P.No.27 of 2024. I do not find any infirmity in the said order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore. In fact, the said order is not even challenged before this Court and the petitioner has sought for only directions to dispose of G.W.O.P.No.27 of 2024 expeditiously.

3. In the light of the above, the petitioner shall comply with the directions issued in the order dated 28.06.2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, within a period of four weeks, G.W.O.P.No.27 of 2024 shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
