ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.01.2024 to forbear the first respondent and their subordinate from interfering with the petitioner's flower shop in plot No.404, KVB Garden, R.A.Puram, Chennai - 600 028. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the first respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, learned standing counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2024 will be disposed of by the first respondent within a period of 6 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's
representation dated 18.01.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
