O R D E R

Pursuant to the Sale Deed said to have been executed in his favour dated 24.11.2014, the petitioner made a request to the respondent no.1 seeking correction of the mistake, under the UDR Scheme, followed by issuance of separate patta. On receipt of the said representation dated 27.03.2015, the respondent no.1 has sent a communication to the respondent no.2 for taking appropriate action and file a report. Thereafter, the Tahsildar, Thiruporur has directed the petitioner to attend the enquiry as seen from the proceedings dated 24.06.2015. Despite the fact that the petitioner attended the enquiry, no further action has been taken and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after duly receiving the enquiry report from the Tahsildar concerned. afford an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants/objectors.
