HEMALATHA, J, [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Miscellaneous Petition and prays for leave to file a Review Petition and undertakes to send an endorsement through e-mail to the Registry of this Court.

2. In the light of the same, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner is so advised and if it is available to him under law, he may file a petition for Review.
