A representation was made by the petitioner on 02.09.2015 to the respondents seeking issuance of natham patta for an extent of 0.03615 Hectares in Survey No.495/27 situated in 197, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Aiyyanarpalayam Village, Thenakudi Palayam Post, Attur Taluk, Salem District. Seeking early disposal of the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 02.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent nos.2 & 3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required.
