The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register an F.I.R on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2015.

2. The petitioner had purchased a property from one Ayyadurai on account of which he obtained a hand loan of Rs.1,00,000/- from one Selvakumar on 09.02.2011 and hence he had executed a power of attorney in favour of said Selvakumar. Thereafter, the petitioner came to know that the said Selvakumar along with one Suresh created a forged sale agreement deed dated 10.02.2011 and grabbed the petitioner's property. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the said Selvakumar and Suresh. Till date, no action was taken out on the said complaint.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that an enquiry has been conducted and closed. The copy of the closure report has been produced before this court for perusal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the complaint is enquired into and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, this court cannot give any direction and the petition is dismissed.
