This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore CRP (PD) No.2527 of 2018, which had been dismissed on 24.06.2021 and it is claimed that such an order has been passed owing to the non-appearance of the counsel on behalf of the revision petitioner. It had been stated that the applicant is diligent in prosecuting the case, but that non-appearance on 24.06.2021 was neither willful nor wanton. It had been stated that the counsel had handed over the papers and had not appeared before the Court.
