The matter is today listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2.This Court had vide order dated 11.01.2021 disposed of the writ petition by directing the fourth respondent/ District Collector to pass final orders in accordance with law, through a speaking order, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and had directed the Registry to list the matter 'for reporting compliance'.

3.Accordingly, the Registry listed the matter on 11.04.2022. On 11.04.2022, since the fourth respondent had not complied with the order of this Court, this Court directed the fourth respondent to comply with the order dated 11.01.2021 on or before 18.04.2022, failing which, the fourth respondent was directed to appear before this Court.

pri 4.Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned Additional Advocate General that in compliance of the order of this Court, the District Collector has passed a speaking order on 02.06.2022.
