Crl.O.P.No.12010 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J., When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned in C.S.R. No.164 of 2024 and petition enquiry is pending.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Till then, the petitioner shall not be arrested.

3. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
