The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents would bring to the notice of the Court that this is a case where the earlier some of the documents produced by the petitioner seems to be forged. Considering the fact that the petitioner wants to withdraw the case and give quietus to the matter and however the contempt petition being between the Court and the contemnors, considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, since the possession has already been taken over by the respondents and the project is proceeding further, without taking any further action, on the petitioner, the contempt petition stands closed. 07-07-2025 ep
