2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is also a party to the litigation, thus, prayed for his impleadment.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents initially contested the application, but realising that the petitioner was also a party to the litigation, no objection has been made for the impleadment of the applicant.

4. In view of the above, the application is allowed.

The amended cause-title be filed within a week.
