..Respondent Prayer:Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439 (1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Vellore, Vellore District, once in a week at about 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur, Kancheepuram District in Crl.M.P.No.1222 of 2013 in Crl.M.P.No.1964 of 2012 dated 18.04.2013.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court regularly.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
