The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.77 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. It is seen that, totally there are five accused in this case. The petitioners are A3 and A4. The modus operandi of the accused persons is that, A1 used to take car for lease from various persons and thereafter the petitioners allegedly pledged the said cars to various places and also sold the same.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that totally there are seventy cars involved in this case. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
