This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 13.05.2024 under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Act No.2 of 1974) praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail. Page No.1 of 4

2. The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 408, 409, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 477(A) read with 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Act No.45 of 1860) in Crime No.Not known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

3. Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent - police submitted that no complaint has been received and no First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the petitioner herein. The above submission is recorded.
