O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the complaints preferred by the petitioner on 30.05.2015 and 22.09.2015.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaints as against his brother one Chellaperumal on the allegation of land grabbing. Though the complaints were lodged by the petitioner on 30.05.2015 and 22.09.2015, no action has been taken on the said complaints till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present criminal original petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in spite of repeated reminders sent to the second respondent, the second respondent has not chosen to give instructions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following Order :

The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaints given by the petitioner dated 30.05.2015 and 22.09.2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
