The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 23.04.2015. 3.

In the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.35575 of 2015, by which the Writ Petition filed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner was allowed and the matter has been remanded, the question of issuing the Writ of Mandamus to refund the money already collected does not arise at this stage of the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed, leaving it open to the petitioner-institution to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, after orders are passed by the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in terms of the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.35575 of 2015 dated 18.01.2015.
