This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in the Crime No.443 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd Respondent to CBCID, Chennai to conduct the proper investigation in the manner known to law and further direct to file the final report within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the occurrence took place on 08.12.2021, a final report in this case has not been filed and the investigation is not going in a right direction.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that it is a clear case of suicide. The investigation in this case is also properly done by the investigating officer and they have also examined witnesses.

4. In such view of the matter, merely because the petitioner raised some suspicion in the investigation, the case cannot be transferred. The prosecution is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as per the materials collected. The Superintendent of Police, Thirupathur is hereby directed to monitor the investigation.

5. Subject to the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
