ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C)of NDPS Act, in Crime No.487 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 2 Kgs of Ganja. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with A1 and A2. Only on the confession statements of A1 and A2, he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on possession of 2 Kgs of Ganja A1 and A2 were arrested along with their bike bearing Registration number TN 57 AE 9094. On the confession of A1, the respondent found that the petitioner was in possession of 45 Kgs of Ganja and the same was recovered from A3, the petitioner herein. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner was in conscious possession of commercial quantity of Ganja, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
