This transfer Petition is filed by the plaintiffs seeking to withdraw O.S.No.390 of 2009 from the file of the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram and transfer the same to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. 2.

It is now represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the suit itself is dismissed for default on 14.09.2016, as the same being re-numbered as O.S.No.186 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have also filed a restoration application. 4.

The very transfer is sought for only on the personal allegation against the Presiding Officer and the Tr.C.M.P is filed only in the year 2011 and the same Officer may not be there in the District Munsif Court, Kancheepuram.
